1. Avoid any contact with your ex - How would you feel if you found out that your girlfriend still remain in contact with her ex? For most men, the thought alone is enough to suspect infidelity even without any physical evidence. So to avoid creating any problems between you, your ex and current — it is in your best interest to keep your ex girlfriend out of your life.

2. Remember Important Dates – Forgetting the first time you love birds uttered the words “I love You” wouldn’t result in a relationship death sentence. However, frequently not remembering birthdays, anniversaries and valentines day would give her the impression that you think little of the relationship. To avoid this, I would suggest that you make small notes of every important dates using a note book or set reminders using your phone.

3. Keep Private Business Private – Whatever you and your partner do behind closed doors should never be brought up during conversations with close friends or family members.

4. Show Public Affection – Don’t be afraid to kiss, hold hands or hug your girlfriend in public. In doing so, you are not only showing the “world” that you adore your queen, but reassuring her that she means a lot to you.

5. Introduce her to close friends and family members – No-one, in their right mind likes to feel that they are a “secret” while in a committed relationship.

6. Keep her informed about Work, School and Family issues – Females love to feel that they play an important role of your life, so to reassure her – ask for her advice when trying to solve personal issues.

7. Find out what she thinks before making major decisions – Not asking for her input when making decisions that will both directly and indirectly impact her life is not only unfair, but proves that you don’t value her as your queen.

8. Avoid distancing yourself from members of her family – Some of her family members will not think kindly about you, but knowing that is never an excuse to make yourself a stranger to the family.

9. Spend Quality time with her – Spending quality time with your partner should never be limited to sexual encounters. From time to time, take her to watch a movie, have a drink at a cocktail lounge, or dinner at her favorite restaurant.

10. Leave your wondering eyes at home – Its ok to look, but don’t touch. Turning a full 90 degrees to look at a very attractive female will not paint a pleasant picture of you in her book.
